A set of actionable insights and strategic opportunities for ABN AMRO & Euronext. These insights enabled them to develop and refine their communication and support tools, ensuring they effectively engage and retain new investors - ultimately strengthening their brand loyalty.

How to position and optimize our online gaming services?

I led focus groups with gamers and console owners to research their awareness, perceptions, intent and behaviors regarding online gaming services and subscriptions as part of a multinational project.

Results

A comprehensive report outlining not only opinions of gamers regarding the services - but also their context and motivations. This served as a strong basis of key recommendations for further development of these services and their optimal positioning.

How to prepare for a new generation of home-bakers?

I helped uncover the latest trends in the world of baking - and how they align with the evolving behaviours and needs of home-bakers.

Results

We developed brand new product and packaging concepts for the baking mix category. Each concept was developed with a focus on the consumer context, enabling us to create solutions that truly resonate on both a practical and emotional level.

How to attract teenagers to healthy food options?

I helped validate a nation wide campaign for healthy eating with high school students.

Method: co-creation

I adviced in setting up focusgroups with teenagers aged 12-18 to validate the campaign and collect new ideas.

By means of co-creation I aimed to engage the target group in a safe and fun social setting. By giving the group small tasks and a feeling of ownership I was able to get the groups to open up and share valuable insights.

How can the financial sector make investing more accessible to the Dutch?

On the initiative of DUFAS (Dutch Fund and Asset Management Association) I co-hosted a podcast together with journalist and author Sander Heijne (a.o. ‘Fantoomgroei’). We aim to challenge and inspire the financial sector to become more accessible and foundational for those that are looking to build their financial future.

This podcast is built around the insights of my research at Beautiful Lives with DUFAS and Amundi asking the question: how do the Dutch build towards their financial future - and why is investing often overlooked?

How to optimize promotional initiatives for our pricing-strategy?

I helped validate and optimize the execution of the pricing-strategy by investigating the perception, understanding and relevancy of promotional initiatives.

Result

A structured report outlining key insights per initiative and key recommendations. The AI tool aided in ultra fast delivery without losing richness of the insights.

What should the trainstation of the future look like?

I helped identify key needs of travellers and visitors at train stations today and for years to come

Results

A set of 5 future-proof Opportunity Areas for NS to use as a blueprint for the development and improvement of train stations. Each opportunity area offers concrete insights that help drive customer satisfaction and informs station ratings.
